These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of sirink.co (the "Site") and the purchase of products from SIR INK PTY LTD (ABN: 66 700 217 063) ("Sir Ink," "we," "us," or "our").

By accessing our Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Site.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order on our Site. By using our Site, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Products

Sir Ink sells cosmetic skincare products designed to support tattoo aftercare, including Tattoo Recovery Gel, Moisturise & Protect, and Tattoo Brightener.

  • Our products are cosmetic products, not therapeutic goods, and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, infection, or medical condition.
  • Product images on our Site are for illustrative purposes; actual packaging or presentation may vary slightly.
  • We reserve the right to discontinue or modify any product at any time without notice.
  • If you have a skin condition, allergy, or any concerns about product suitability, please consult a healthcare professional or your tattoo artist before use, and always patch-test new products.

4. Orders and Pricing

  • All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable, unless stated otherwise.
  • We reserve the right to change prices, correct pricing errors, and update product availability at any time without prior notice.
  • Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase; we reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability.
  • Once an order is confirmed, you will receive an email confirmation. This confirmation does not guarantee product availability.

5. Payment

We accept payment via the methods displayed at checkout, processed securely through Shopify and its integrated payment providers. We do not store your full payment card details. By providing payment information, you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.

6. Shipping and Delivery

  • Shipping timeframes and costs are provided at checkout and may vary based on your location and chosen shipping method.
  • Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by couriers, customs, or circumstances outside our control.
  • Risk in the products passes to you upon delivery to the address provided at checkout.

7. Returns, Refunds, and Consumer Guarantees

Our returns and refund process is set out in our separate Returns & Refund Policy, available on our Site.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies you have under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), including the consumer guarantees relating to acceptable quality, fitness for purpose, and matching description. Where our products fail to meet a consumer guarantee, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with the ACL.

If you create an account with us, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for all activity under your account. Please notify us immediately at help@sirink.co if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.

  • Sir Ink is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of our Site or products.
  • Our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the purchase price of that product, or (at our option) its replacement or repair, except where such limitation is not permitted under the Australian Consumer Law.
  • Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be excluded under the ACL or other applicable law.
