This Shipping Policy explains how SIR INK PTY LTD (ABN: 66 700 217 063) ("Sir Ink," "we," "us," or "our") processes and delivers orders placed on sirink.co.

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of being placed.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
  • Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
  • During peak periods (e.g. sale events or holidays), processing times may be slightly longer. We'll do our best to notify you of any significant delays.

2. Shipping Carrier and Delivery Times

We ship all orders within Australia via Australia Post.

  • Estimated delivery time is 2–5 business days from the date your order is shipped, depending on your location.
  • Delivery times are estimates provided by Australia Post and are not guaranteed. Regional and remote areas may experience longer delivery times.
  • Total time from order placement to delivery is typically 3–7 business days (1–2 days processing + 2–5 days transit).

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order size. Any current shipping promotions (e.g. free shipping thresholds) will be displayed at checkout or on our Site.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your delivery through Australia Post's tracking system.

5. Delivery Issues

  • Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.
  • If your order is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, please check with household members, neighbours, or your local post office before contacting us.

At this time, we only ship within Australia. We do not currently offer international shipping.
